Grant Creek Ranch is a commercial cow-calf operation located in Chautauqua County, part of the southern Flint Hills region of Kansas. We raise crossbred Angus cattle, striving to produce the highest quality calves and finished beef. Using registered Angus bulls, this process starts with genetics and follows through to the care the animals receive. Our calves are usually sold at local sale barns, however some of the steers are retained and sold as grass-fed beef.
We want you to have the best. When you order from Grant Creek you are purchasing a portion of a live animal. We sell whole, half, and quarters of beef, dry-aged to perfection. Your cuts of beef will be customized to your liking, all including steaks, roasts, and ground beef. Never frozen until ready to ship. In addition, we sell weaned calves to ranchers and interested individuals. Currently our market is focused locally from our farms in Kansas and Oklahoma, offering free delivery in Tulsa County, but we hope expand our business nationally.
Our goal is to operate Grant Creek Ranch in a sustainable fashion, preserving and restoring the tall grass prairie as well as allowing water resources that flow through the ranch to leave in the same way they entered.
