Pricing and Ordering

Unfortunately due to drought conditions earlier in the year causing low water levels in our ponds and high demand for supplies, we will not have beef available in 2023.

You can still submit a request form  to be put on our list when we do have availability!

We currently sell calves and grass fed beef with several options to suit your needs. Please complete the form below or send us requests/questions via our contact page and we will be happy to help you.

**Availability is on a first come, first service basis as our meat does sell out quickly.

Beef

If you are interested in purchasing our beef, then please fill out the contact form below and let us know what you are interested in purchasing.

The cost of the beef is currently $3.99 per pound (hanging weight). The price that you will pay will be locked in at the time that you express interest in purchasing the beef. The hanging weight of a whole beef will be an estimated 700 – 850 pounds and yields about 400 – 550 pounds cut up. A whole beef will fill approximately 15 cubic feet, and a half will fill approximately 7.5 cubic feet. Make sure you have a freezer with enough space for your purchase!

In addition to the cost per hanging weight, a processing charge of approximately $0.76 per pound applies. This charge quoted is approximate and will depend upon what the processor is charging at the time of harvest. A $500 deposit is also required for a whole beef and a $250 deposit for a side or quarter. The balance will be due once the processor informs us of the hanging weight. The deposit is non-refundable.

You are purchasing a share (whole, half, or quarter) of a live animal once you make your deposit. We will deliver the animal to the processor with your name on it and the percentage of your ownership. If you live in Tulsa or surrounding areas we will be happy to deliver at no cost to you; otherwise you can pick up your meat at the Processor.

Your order will include steaks, roasts, and ground beef. You can also customize your cutting order to maximize the types of cuts you prefer. Please refer to the Angus Beef Chart for more information on the various cut options available.

The beef chart also gives you a rough estimate of the percentage of steaks, roasts, and ground beef that you will receive. It consists of roughly 1/3 steaks, 1/3 roasts, and 1/3 ground beef. Typical cuts include; 1, 1.5 or 2 inch thick t-bone, rib eye, and sirloin steaks, rump, chuck, and arm roasts, pikes peak roast, brisket, skirt or flank steak, round steak, stew meat, and ground beef.  Cutting orders can also be specifically customized. If you get a side of beef (1/2) then you will receive every cut from the beef.  If you get a quarter beef, then you will only receive some of the cuts since you are “splitting” the half. The division of beef for the quarter (splitting up the side) will be done by the processor so that each quarter contains the same number of steaks and roasts.
